Chimie will present a workshop of West African Djole drumming from Guinea and the Sousou people. He will talk about West African drumming, culture, and musical traditions. Chimie will bring several drums and encourages participants to bring something they can drum on, too!
The Library is hosting Newbie Nights every first Monday of the month, where patrons can learn how to play Magic: The Gathering. Learn or brush up on the rules and play with others on the same page. Advanced players who love to teach welcome.

Emmett Stowell is a 14 year old multi-instrumentalist from Montpelier; he sings and plays banjo, piano, and guitar. Fiona Stowell (also from Montpelier) is a 17 year old fiddler, singer, and Celtic dancer.
This program will include singalongs, fast tunes, and waltzes. With songs about bears, foxes, and how to plan your garden just right, there will be something for people of all ages!
