Seed Workshop with Professor Schaedler

Time to plant seeds! Professor Schaedler will give a presentation on seeds. She will discuss topics like how do you know when it's time to plant, how do you know if a seed is healthy, and she welcomes all gardening questions!

Earth Day Storytime

Tuesday Apr 15th 10:30 am to 11:30 am - White River Craft Center

Join Kimball Library at the White River Craft Center for a special Earth Day storytime! 

After storytime, take part in a hands-on, earth-friendly craft—making homemade wildflower seed paper and seed "Earth" globes.

Take your creation home, plant it, and watch beautiful native pollinator plants grow. A perfect way to celebrate Earth Day with stories, creativity, and helping the planet!

Step 1: Create a diorama based on a book, movie, or library theme. Use craft supplies, a shoe box or small cardboard box, and Peeps!

Step 2:  Bring your diorama to the Library anytime the week of April 21-25th.

Step 3: Come to the Library on Saturday, April 26th to see the Peeps displays and vote for your favorite!
