Unschooling in Paradise is a work of narrative non-fiction that chronicles one family’s experiment unschooling four “bright, creative, energetic” young boys. Seven Days calls it “a vivid, absorbing memoir of the author's own experiences unschooling her four sons.” Kesson will discuss her book and bring copies for sale and autographing. Kathleen Kesson is the former Director of Teacher Education at Goddard College, and was Director of the John Dewey Project on Progressive Education at the University of Vermont.
